MOOT COURT
Mooting is a competitive mock trial competition that is carried out at an appellate court. Mooters examine errors of law, craft legal arguments, and consider the public’s interest associated with case outcomes.
Mooting is designed to make students think critically about legal issues. Allowing competitors to learn how to interpret legislation and prepare for advocacy in the legal field.
